How to show an Onsite Form based on your visitor's cookies

1. First, you need to create a form. If you haven't already, check this article. You can also select one existing form, by clicking on the Campaigns tab from the main menu and then clicking on the form that you want.

2. From the Editor view, click on the Visibility tab, as shown in the picture.

3. From the Visibility view, you can also set your form's trigger, frequency and targeting.

4. From the Behavioural rules, click on the Cookie box.

5. After clicking, click the toggle button to enable the rule and then type your cookie name in the input box.

6. Select if the cookie is a text or a number from a drop-down menu.

7. Select your relation from a drop-down menu.

8. Then, you need to type a certain specification, depending on your cookie choice, in the input box (for example, a type of browser and a specific browser, as shown in the photo below). Don't forget to press enter so your rule can be saved.

For the rule to be saved properly, your screen should look like the photo below.

9. You can add multiple rules by clicking on the Add rule button and following the same steps.

10. Don't forget to click on the Save button to save your progress.
