How to set up how often an Onsite Form will be shown (Frequency)
1. First, you need to create a form. If you haven't already, check this article. You can also select one existing form, by clicking on the Campaigns tab from the main menu and then clicking on the form that you want.
2. From the Editor view, click on the Visibility tab, as shown in the picture.
3. From the Visibility view, you can also set your form's trigger, frequency and targeting.
4. From the Frequency rules, you can set up the frequency and duration of the rule.

5. From the drop-down menu, you can select between showing the form on every page load, once per session or a certain number of times between appearances.
If you select the last option, you can type the number of days or hours you wish.

6. You can select the duration of the frequency rule. The available options are showing the campaign forever or until the visitor has converted, seen or rejected the campaign.
For the Visitor has seen the campaign option, you can type the number of times you want the visitor to have already seen the campaign.
For the Visitor has rejected option, you can type after how many days or hours you would like to show them again the campaign.
7. Don't forget to click on the Save button to save your progress.
