How to create an Opt-In Keyword

You can easily create an Opt-In keyword to use in your click to text campaigns. If you haven't already seen the article on how to create your own click to text campaign, click here.

1. First, log into your Grow account at https://platform.grow.up.st/

2. Click on the top-right corner of the navigation menu and click on “Settings”.

3. From the menu on your left, click on the "Senders" option.

4. Here you can configure your Opt-In keyword only. Please note that if you wish to change your shortcode, you need to contact with the support team. 

To set your keyword, type in the input box. Please note that you cannot change the keyword once it is saved. 

5. Only when you have checked the spelling and made sure it's the keyword you want, click on "Create keyword". 

6. After successfully creating your keyword, a message preview and the toggle of the opt-in enabled will appear, as shown in the following photo.
