How to configure the Welcome message for keyword acquired contacts

You can easily create an Opt-In keyword to use in your click to text campaigns. If you haven't already seen the article on how to create your own click to text campaign, click here. 

1. First, you need to create an Opt-In Keyword. You can find out how to create one here.

2. After creating your keyword, you will need to configure the confirmation message your customer will receive. You can type your text in the input box, as shown below.

3. Don't forget to click on the Save button, to save your progress.
