How to disable the Opt-In with Keyword

You can easily create an Opt-In keyword to use in your click to text campaigns. If you haven't already seen the article on how to create your own click to text campaign, click here. 

1. First, you need to create an Opt-In Keyword. You can find out how to create one here.

2. If you wish to deactivate your Opt-In with Keyword, you can easily click on the toggle button.

3. For successfully deactivating the Opt-In Keyword, your screen should look like the one in the following photo.

4. Make sure you have also disabled all the onsite campaigns that have the click to text button, to avoid any users' inconvenience. You can find here how to disable any of your campaigns.
